Today let's take a look at the blog, Pearl's Adventures.
The main reason I made this blogger about our Pearl is because I wanted a place where I could document everything about Pearl. I wanted it as like a living photo album because I know some day I will not remember the details and the details, to me, are important. She's the first dog I've owned outside of being the family dog growing up. I used to have a miniature schnauzer from grade school til high school. Sadly, in my junior year of high school, our schnauzer passed away with cancer. It was heartbreaking. I just knew I wanted a schnauzer once I was married. I had been looking at petfinder.com and craigslist pets section and found out about an adoption clinic put together by Clifton Park/Glenville's Heaven Sent Animal Rescue Inc. and there would be a four year old miniature schnauzer in the lot. I knew right away from her photo that I loved her even though I told my husband we would just go and look.
I cried when they rejected us the first time we applied for her. Thankfully, while I was being distraught and pitiful at home, my husband went back to the adoption clinic and convinced them we were the people for her and came back with her!
Here are three of their favorite blog posts:
